What is involved in learning to live intuitively?
Living intuitively is a process of using the body to guide us through life. The body that does NOT lie and is an INTEGRAL part of all creation. Initially, we use techniques to help us understand what the body is telling us. Later, as we evolve, we will listen to the body directly.
Living intuitively requires:
A precise technique to access the body’s wisdom by answering binary questions.
The ability to clear the mind and sustain a focused singular intent.
Knowing HOW, and WHICH, questions to ask.
Learning how to be detached when asking the question.
The Technique
Techniques to access the body’s wisdom are based on the following:
The body does not speak in words. Instead, it expresses through expansion and contraction. Therefore, when exposed to a negative situation or environment, the body will contract and weaken. Conversely, the body will expand and strengthen when exposed to a positive situation or environment.
YES
Thus, the body speaks by a simple binary of yes/no. A positive answer is an overall expansion and strength. A negative answer is an overall contraction and weakening.
NO
The body is NOT symmetric; therefore, the two sides will contract/weaken or expand/strengthen differently.
Clearing the Mind/Focused Intent
There are many techniques to help you develop focused intent. Generating a focused intent is not the passive zen meditation of quieting the mind and observing its antics. Instead, it is an active, warrior-like effort of focusing on a single thought without deviation. How long can you actually stop the mental chatter?
1. Learn to meditate on a specific sound or word. Be aware of exactly how long you can keep focused and that it is a battle of your true nature over the chattering mind. The mind does not appreciate being out of control!
3. Consider studying Taoist and Shaolin internal yoga. Learning to focus and move energy in this way is a powerful way of developing clarity of mind and focused intent.
How to Ask Questions/Which Questions to Ask
You first need to determine if you even have access to the answers you seek. Answers to some questions may not be available to you at certain times. Understand that you may not be ready to hear the answer, or hearing the answer may not serve your evolution. There is a plan for you—knowing the plan may interfere with the plan. Enjoy the surprises!
Maintaining a single focused question for the duration of the test is essential. ANY wavering, misunderstanding of what you are asking, or doubts about the method itself will distort your answer.
If you ask a question from the small “i,” You will usually get whatever answer you (the small you) desires. The answer you want may or may not be what you and the rest of the world needs. When you ask your questions from the big “I,” as it relates to the highest good of yourself and ALL sentient beings, the chance of receiving an answer that truly serves you and the world is much greater.
Resist asking questions about the future! No, seriously, RESIST! Everyone wants to know what is to come. If you feel driven to ask about the future, you must: First, make sure you check if you have access to the information; Second, recognize It is only a prediction based on the now—things change; Third, it is very challenging to be unattached to the future.
If you preface your question with the phrase, “Is it for mine and the planet’s highest good to…” and then add your specific, the chances of getting accurate answers increase. For instance, is it for mine, AND the planet’s highest good to; eat this food/supplement? Date this person? Buy this whatever? Receive this treatment? Take this vaccine? Work in this job? Etc.
How To Be Detached
How do we become objective with regards to the questions and their answers?
It is essential to be unattached to the outcome before asking the question. You don’t have to be unattached forever—just long enough to get a clear answer—seconds, not minutes. Exploring the beliefs that drive our attachments is the fastest way to attain the objectivity you will need. Transcending belief is the work of learning to live intuitively. Examine the question and both its possible answers, find perfection in both your yes or no, then ask the question
The subconscious, that part of you hidden in the shadows, can also affect your answers. Be ever so mindful of the hidden agenda of this trickster as it uses fear and doubt to hold you back. The process of intuitive living is a commitment to bring that which is dark into the light—to transcend your fears and doubts. As you progress, the hidden agenda of the ego reveals itself. You will become aware of its subtle influences, and your questions will become more precise and your answers more powerful. You will no longer be driven into the future by your past.
When we realize the depth of our attachments, the idea of living intuitively can be daunting. In the beginning, keep things simple, gain confidence in the method, and transcend doubts and fears. In meditation and daily life, find that place within you, that tiny flame of the creator, that watches and loves without judgment or attachment— and THEN ask your question!
In Review: The process of Intuitive Living
1. Determine the question. Do you have access to the information?
2. Assure your detachment from all possible outcomes—A place where you can see perfection in all answers.
3. CLEAR the mind. TRUTH above all. TRUST in the One True God.
4. Use the techniques to access the answer. Act immediately! When you KNOW the truth, hesitation only adds to the suffering of you and all sentient beings.
